Ride today
Today I went for another ride. Again I rode with Philip. This ride we only went about 15 miles. By the time I was able to get to his house it was about 90 degrees. It is really humid today as well. The course we took today had more hills then normal. I didn't really have to much of a problem but was struggling at the end. Well the training will continue.

My longest ride was about a 60-miler, and that was a few years ago.
My riding partner and I decided that we should market some kind of "power-bar" that had motrin right in it to help relieve the discomfort of long outings.
